Description

The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA), a SETA under the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), invites applications for a two-year internship programme within its Quality Assurance Unit. The programme offers unemployed graduates valuable exposure to skills development processes in the mining and minerals sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Quality Assurance Partner, Development Quality Partner, and Assessment Quality Partner functions
• Identify and conduct Workplace Approvals (WPA)
• Support Quality Assurance monitoring and assessment processes
• Capture and manage learner records on the Learner Management System (LMS)
• Assist with learner certification processes

Qualifications

• A grade 12 or Matric certificate
• National Diploma in Human Resources Development/Management or Administration at NQF Level 6
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent (NQF Level 7 qualification in the above-mentioned fields) will be an added advantage
